Butterfly Dreams, A Collection of Lullabies for Sleepy Babies Everywhere, is a
truly special project for Kindred Harps. When fellow harper Dale Holden lost her 6 year old
grandson, Logan, to viral myocarditis in 2008, we were all devastated. As mothers and
grandmothers, and as Dale’s friends, we took on this task of making music to
help heal and to support research that may result in others being spared this
kind of loss. Profits realized from this project will be given to either the Myocarditis
Foundation in memory of Logan, or to the Logan Sweet Foundation
to help promote healthy living.
We are proud of this final product. It may have a few lumps and bumps, but as
one “fan” said, “It is filled with more love than this CD can hold”.
As harpers we may rank as amateurs, but as grandmothers, we rock!
Night, night, babies
